Privacy Policy

Venom AI Publisher ("the App", "we") is a social-media publishing tool operated by M7 Digital. It lets the account owner schedule and publish their own content to social platforms they personally connect (including TikTok). This policy explains what we access and how we handle it.

1. Information we access

When you connect an account through the official OAuth flow, we access only what is required to publish on your behalf:

• Basic profile info (account name, avatar, open ID) — to display the connected account.
• An access/refresh token — to publish the videos you schedule to your own account.
• Content you choose to upload — the videos, captions and metadata you submit for publishing.

We do not read your private messages, followers' personal data, or content you did not submit to the App.

2. How we use it

Solely to perform the action you request: publishing or scheduling your content to your connected account. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any unrelated purpose.

3. Storage & security

Access tokens are stored encrypted on our own private, self-hosted infrastructure. They are never embedded in client-side code or shared with third parties. The App is single-tenant and operated only by the account owner (M7 Digital).

4. Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. Data is transmitted only between the App and the official platform APIs (e.g., TikTok) to fulfill your publishing requests.

5. Retention & deletion

Tokens and connection data are kept only while the account is connected. You can revoke access at any time from your platform's app settings (e.g., TikTok → Settings → Security → Manage app permissions), which immediately invalidates our access. To request deletion of any stored data, contact us below.

6. AI-generated content

Content published through the App may be AI-assisted or AI-generated. Such content is labeled in accordance with the destination platform's AI-content disclosure requirements.
