Terms of Service

By using Venom AI Publisher ("the App"), operated by M7 Digital, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

The App is a self-hosted tool that lets the account owner schedule and automatically publish their own short-form videos to social platforms they personally connect via official OAuth (including TikTok). It acts only on the explicit requests of the connected account's owner.

2. Your responsibilities

• You publish only content you own or are authorized to use.
• You comply with the rules and Community Guidelines of each destination platform (including TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines).
• Where content is AI-generated or AI-assisted, you ensure it is labeled per the destination platform's disclosure requirements.
• You do not use the App to post spam, misleading, infringing, or prohibited content.

3. Platform compliance

The App uses official platform APIs and respects their rate limits and policies. We do not attempt to bypass, automate against, or misuse any platform. Access can be revoked by you or the platform at any time.

4. No warranty

The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Publishing availability depends on third-party platform APIs and is not guaranteed.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, M7 Digital is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App, including content removal or account actions taken by a destination platform.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
